We believe in delivering best quality of content and support services to our clients, but still if there are any circumstances arises for refund, we abide below listed rules for issuing the refund made against any payment

CONDITIONS WHERE WE ISSUES 100 % REFUND

  • Any plagiarism issues found in the content
  • Quality not matching as per the sample content provided
  • When Contentholic refuses to do the work
  • Failed to deliver the work after consistent follow up

CONDITION WHERE WE ISSUE 50 % REFUND

  • Content not written as per the written guidelines provided by the client
  • Content not finalized after multiple edits
  • Any other case where we have committed for refund against the quality

OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE WE DO NOT REFUND

  • We do not offer any refund for the sample content
  • We do not offer any refund if editing is asked after two week of delivery
  • Once you have made the payment for any work with a delivery time provided, we will not refund the money once the estimated time or delivery or the period of two weeks has passed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • We are not liable for any revisions in SOP after two weeks of delivery and for website content after month
  • We do not add any information on content, specially SOP & LOR after the delivery of more than two weeks, even if we have committed to offer revisions
  • Only substantial edits after proper detailed reviews is liable for editing, we do not add additional information in the editing. For adding new information we charge extra amount, which depends on editing.
  • We do not change any information like College Name, Professors and Seniors in case of details provided by client for SOP & LOR.
