What is MGNF Program?
Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship Program is 2 year Certificate Program in Public Policy & Management offered at IIMs (Indian Institute of Management). This program is designed by a combined initiative of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India and implemented in collaboration with State Skill Development Missions (SSDMs) at IIMs.

This program – MGNF 2021-23 will be rolled out nationally in more than 660 district across India, where one fellow will be covering one district which are listed under the program.
Statement of Purpose for MGNF Program at IIMs
Statement of Purpose is now becoming a vital document in even Indian premium colleges and institutes but the basic essence of the SOP remains the same. SOP for MGNF is not much different from other programs in India or abroad, but here the selection committee would be more interested in seeking your intent, you wish to work for community and public services. Those candidates who have prior experience of social services or community volunteering will be much suited for the program. The vision of the students towards public policies, community and skill development will help him / her in getting selected for the course.
